These services are provided for wellness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care.

Refund Policy - The Basics

Individual Sessions & Appointments

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are eligible (depending on the offering) for a full refund or reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Classes, Courses & Wellness Offerings

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the start date are eligible (depending on the offering) for a refund or credit.

• Once a class or course has begun, no refunds will be issued.

Retreats & Multi-Day Events

• Cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat start date: full refund minus 25% non-refundable fees.

• Cancellations made 60–89 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the retreat start date: no refund.

Additional Notes

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by e-transfer depending on type of payment made.

• Transfer of bookings to another person may or may not be allowed with prior approval and discretion.

• In cases of emergency or illness, please contact us directly; exceptions may be made at our discretion.
