Terms & Conditions - The Basics

General

  • All services and offerings are intended to support wellness, personal growth, and relaxation.

  • Participation is voluntary and based on your own judgment and responsibility.
     

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or approved channels.

  • Full payment is required to secure your session, class, or retreat booking.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change, and updates will be communicated when possible.

  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, E-transfer, or Online Payment
     

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Individual Sessions & Classes:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: full refund (if applicable - can vary depending on services) or reschedule.

    • Cancellations less than 48 hours: no refund.
       

  • Retreats & Multi-Day Events:

    • Cancellations 90 days or more: full refund minus 25%.

    • Cancellations 60–89 days: 50% refund.

    • Cancellations less than 59 days: no refund.
       

Exceptions may apply for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances; contact us directly to discuss.
 

Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations prior to services.

  • Certain treatments may not be appropriate for some health conditions; we may modify or decline services for safety reasons.
     

Media & Photography

  • Photos or videos may be taken during sessions, retreats, or events for promotional or educational purposes.

  • By participating, you consent to your image being used unless you notify us in writing prior to the event that you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.
     

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, and course materials, is the property of The Living Free Collective - Branding Photos done by Ptitbear Photography and may not be shared or saved without consent.

  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.
